PREGNANCY MASSAGE
After having two children of my own and experiencing severe pelvic girdle and lower back pain during both pregnancies, I became aware of how effective deep tissue massage can be in alleviating pain and releasing tension in pregnant women.

Since then I have made it my mission to help other pregnant women going through similar experiences by incorporating specific techniques and skills I have acquired in my sports massage career to offer tailored pregnancy massages. These treatments aim to relieve women of the painful symptoms associated with pregnancy whilst providing a relaxing experience and ensuring the wellbeing of both mother and baby.
